RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, California — October 25, 2026. The City of Rancho Santa Margarita lists a City Council meeting Wednesday, October 28 at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers at 22112 El Paseo. The event page links to the agenda and online comment submission instructions.

What residents should verify

The city calendar separately lists SAMLARC’s Halloween Family Festival on Friday, October 30, from 3:30 to 8 p.m. Because the festival is a community event rather than a Council meeting, it may have separate admission and participation requirements. Check the organizer’s instructions before traveling, and verify any Council decision from the official vote record after October 28.
